  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • During periods of high order volumes, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping.
  • If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.

Please Note: Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen events.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • BAYVIEFURNITUR ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
  • Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days (transit time), excluding handling time.
  • Free shipping is available on orders within the United States, and the free shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Good to Know: Free shipping applies to orders that qualify for the standard shipping option.


Discounts & Coupons

  • Enjoy a 10% discount on your first order.
  • We also offer a 10% discount through our affiliate program. If you are interested in becoming an affiliate, please use the Refersion app for Affiliate Marketing.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Your tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location. If there is a significant delay in shipping, we will notify you by email or phone.

Customs & Taxes

  • BAYVIEFURNITUR is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
  • Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Regular-priced items may be refunded. However, sale items are non-refundable.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged item, please email us at denise@bayviefurnitur.shop.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • To modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible.
  • If the order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Lost Orders

  • BAYVIEFURNITUR is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claims process.

Returning a Gift

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift voucher will be sent to you as soon as we receive the returned item.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
