Refund policy
Returns Policy
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
Please note, certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do Not Return Items to the Manufacturer
Please do not send your returned item to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including for:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt of the returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at service@bayviefurnitur.shop. Send your item to the following address:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
